  • Front-line team member for IT support requests. Manages the IT support request ticket queue and ensures timely completion, follow-up, and documentation of all support requests.

  • The Laboratory Support Specialist (LSS) is responsible for providing technical assistance and expertise to the C Technologies, Inc. (CTI) sales force and customers related to the laboratory instrumentation its sells and supports. The SSS will provide support both at CTI and on site at customer locations. The type of support will include system qualifications (Installation, Operation and Performance (IQOQPQ), product testing, system maintenance and customer training. Delivering training and support will involve travel to customer locations both domestic and international.

  • The production/manufacturing assembler is responsible for performing the manufacturing process required to make our products. The Operator/Assembler will be cross trained in all functions of production. They are responsible for all aspects of fabrication from receiving the raw materials from inventory, completing basic in-process inspection and documentation, accurately tracking their time and waste, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and self-inspection prior to final QA Inspection.
